Shipping
Every attempt will be made to process your order on or the next business day once payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Custom work (ie: silver) may take longer due to the nature of the product.
Items are shipped via Canada Post. Flat rate charged for shipping is currently $10.00.
Shipping to the US and International are dependent on the speed of their international mailing system (including customs) & therefore could take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you would prefer to send the item(s) via other delivery services please e-mail us prior.
All orders must include a physical address for shipping purposes.
Customs and Import Duties for International Shipping
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict what they may be in advance. Customs policies vary from Country to Country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Returned Packages In the event a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, the purchaser will be responsible for additional shipping charges that are incurred.
Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Additionally items that are being returned must have a valid return authorization number, which we will send to you after you have contacted us via email. When contacting us regarding items you wish to return, please explain briefly why you wish to return the product. e.g., The wrong product was shipped, it was the wrong color or it was damaged in transit. This will help us submit your inquiry to the appropriate department, which will help us expedite your request.
